Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within the following Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday after purchase. Shipping may be delayed if there is extreme heat or cold. 

Shipping Days

We ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid delays over the weekend and protect your plants in transit. Orders placed Wednesday may ship the following Monday.

Packaging

Each plant is carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure it arrives safe, healthy, and ready to thrive. Insulation is always used when needed, and provided free of charge to the customer. Heat or cold packs ($4 dollars each( are required if shipping during extreme weather (below 35*F and above 95*F) unless the customers waives their live arrival guarantee.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. 

Carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on your region and the size of the order. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Live Plant Guarantee

We guarantee your plants will arrive healthy and alive. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can help make it right.

Weather Advisory

We do our best to monitor temperatures, but please be mindful of your local climate before ordering. Add a heat or cold pack if you're experiencing extreme weather. During winter months a heat pack is required in order to ship.
